What others say
I started yoga 2 years ago, and was lucky enough to find this amazing teacher, who brings so much to the practice. Thomas emphasises that the practice is our own journey; we are encouraged to learn about ourselves through the postures, the breath, the flow, always listening to our bodies and aiming for what is right for us on the day. After every session, you feel like you have gained so much through his insightful teaching. And in case this all sounds way too serious, above all, we have fun! My favourite Thomas saying..."It's okay to wobble...". Simply brilliant!

A little bit about about Thomas Thoroe
Thomas’ Online Sessions:
• Vinyasa Yoga Group class
• Yin Yoga Group class
• One to One Yoga
What does a session with Thomas involve?
In Vinyasa practices, we work with breath and movement and allow ourselves to explore any state that comes up. We can work hard, going to exhaustion or we can be soft and gentle, working dynamically and mindfully with the body at all times.
In Yin practices we explore subtlety and stillness through long held postures and mindfulness. This allows us to embrace letting go and accepting where we are, making this a very calming practice.
In one-on-one yoga, we seek to discover the perfect practice for one individual.
This is for you if:
• You are at any level in your yoga experience can take part in the class
• You are looking to centre your self
• You want to calm your mind
• You want to get your body moving
A little bit about Thomas:
Originally from Denmark, Thomas started his yoga journey when he moved to London in 1994. Over the years he has studied and worked with many well known and not so well known teachers, and has developed a strong personal practice which he started sharing as a teacher in 2010 (when he was initiated on the banks of the river Ganga). Yoga is a personal practice available to everyone, and Thomas has made it his life mission to facilitate others in finding the best way of practice for them.
3 things about Thomas:
• Thomas love music and when the human voice vibrates.
• Connection between humans make Thomas smile.
• He loves that nature is all around us, and that our body is nature.
