Riviera’s Sessions:
• Visceral Flow – A guided movement practice that aims to rediscover the bodily capacities and reformat old patterns and habits. Through the repetition of mindful physical movement, we intend to create health and rooting in contribution to a path of self-realization. As the journey continues we come closer to the center of our being: the heart. We aim to achieve full radiance in the central channel by expanding, and observing in the full presence the shadows and allowing space and openness into the day by day.
• Move Honey, Move – A slower-paced offering, moving into the intricacies of the practice. Poses will be explored for longer periods. The pace will be soft, strong, mindful, and juicy. Moving in more liquid, watery, and honey-style ways. This is a journey in which transformation not only comes from the physical wellbeing but from the desire for evolution and a deep understanding of the body as a tool for development.
What does a session with Riviera involve?
A guided practice that aims to rediscover capabilities and reformat old patterns and automatisms that generate blocks and physical, emotional, and mental tensions.
Through a series of simple movements: breathing, stretching, pulsations, and eutony, it is intended to generate optimal alignment, openness, and functionality of the body.
Both offerings are inspired by techniques and methods of Yoga, Bowspring, somatic, functional, mobility informed practices and a spark of wild creativity, these are lessons that focus on therapeutics to help release tension and progressively build union between mind and body.

Riviera has 6 years of experience in facilitating yoga and has spent her life exploring movement through dance and action. She is passionate about the healing powers of movement and exploring it as a form of self-expression and creativity.
She seeks to open a portal to creativity and fluid expression for the personal practice of exploration and generate curiosity about the functional and therapeutic benefits of conscious and free movement. As a facilitator, she will guide you on a transformational journey that comes from both physical well-being and the desire for evolution, using a deeper understanding of the body as a tool for development.
