What does a session with Julia involve?
A session with Julia is a completely unique experience, through years of experience study, practice and personal healing Julia has learned that our highest (potential) and truest self is within us; hidden beneath layers of negative habits, psychological conditioning and limiting beliefs.
Julia’s innovative multi-dimensional formula of practice blends pioneering nutritional and mindset expertise with traditional wisdom to guide women on a journey to embody their truest potential by taking their nourishment into their own hands. Grounded by the knowledge of Eastern and Western healing wisdom, in combination with pioneering research in the fields of nutritional science, neuroscience and behaviour change, Julia designs a personalised health Blueprint for clients. This Blueprint was birthed out of a belief that true whole-body health and wellness is realised though seeking a lifestyle of balance in all domains of life; physical, mental, nutritional, environmental, social, emotional and spiritual, and encompasses all 7 pillars.
Working primarily with diet and lifestyle as the foundation of good health, an consultation will put you on track towards building a more sustainable daily routine, designed just for you. Your Blueprint is designed after the initial two hour consultation, where your current state of being and goals are assessed on each of the pillars. This will entail a comprehensive medical history (including recent blood work), an exploration of your current lifestyle habits, food intake and overall mood, mindset, hormonal balance, energy levels and human design.
In your follow up consultation Julia will walk you through your Blueprint, which includes root cause analysis and explanations of your symptoms, dietary advice & meal plan, including recipes, lifestyle recommendations, supportive movement, mind-body practices, herbal medicine &/or nutritional supplementation and guidance to support you on your path to optimum wellness.
For full integration of the Blueprint, and to delve deeper into the emotional dynamics at play, most clients choose to work with Julia on an ongoing basis either monthly or (bi-monthly) basis. 6 + 12 month programs are available.

Julia believes the human body has an innate capacity to heal itself and through illuminating and replacing unhelpful narratives and behaviours around food, the body and self, we are able to lay new foundations for our most optimised and free self. Julia is curious by nature with multifaceted interests and gifts to the world around her. Julia believes health should be your birthright, is driven to make this birthright more accessible to all!
Seeking a multidisciplinary understanding of holistic health, Julia holds a BSc Psychology and Neuroscience from the University of Sussex, is a certified Integrative Nutrition Advisor from Bauman College in Berkeley, an MA Anthropology of Food and Nutrition from University of London SOAS as well as studied Ayurvedic and Yogic Medicine in Kerala, a student of of TCM, Herbalism, a Detoxification Specialist, and various mind-body practices. Her fascination within the area of human health continues to grow and as she comes across new insights, her research and study continues alongside.
Julia has a deep interest in the values of traditional cultures and the links between health and longevity; utilizing this knowledge she integrates various therapeutic methods she has gleaned from these traditions to heal others.
Julia has worked around the world as a nutritional private chef, detoxification retreat facilitator, research anthropologist for documentary film, but now is fully commits her energy to supporting as many women as possible to rise to their highest potential through educating and healing their minds, body and soul. Julia specialises in women’s health and fertility, emotional eating, digestive disorders, anxiety and stress management. Julia is based between LA and London but lives and works globally.
