What others say
Jenna's yoga has been an absolute healing tonic for me spiritually emotionally and physically. She has this special gift of tuning into your needs and intuitively creates the yoga lessons to re balance your body. Her teaching is soft tender and heart centred, yet challenging and strong at the same time. I feel held by her essence enabling me to let go. I would thoroughly recommend her on all levels! Thank you Jenna.

What does a session with Jenna involve?
Psychotherapeutic Counselling – In understanding how you relate to yourself and others we will begin to unfold where issues have developed. I seek to provide an environment that facilitates growth for my clients, where we can look at these issues and begin to repair and restore your sense of self.
From this understanding and the application of new ways of approaching your life and relationships, we will work towards helping you find more peace, more mindful awareness, more acceptance and love for yourself and those around you.
Quantum Yoga – Jenna studied Quantum yoga, which uses the lens of Ayurveda to establish imbalances in the mind/body. Through carefully tailored flows, pranayama (yogic breathing), and meditation, you will be offered just the right tonic to bring yourself back into balance.
This is for you if:
• You want to better understand yourself and want to expand your knowledge and tools.
A little bit about Jenna:
Jenna is a yoga instructor and psychotherapy counselor who has been helping patients for the past 3 years. After her own journey with anxiety and trying different therapies, she finally found a psychotherapist with whom she felt understood, heard, and held. Her journey to healing inspired her to train to help create that same space of understanding and support for others.
In her own journey, she found that the partnership between healing mind and body though counseling and yoga was crucial to her progress. She is passionate about weaving these two practices together to apply an integrative approach to each client’s unique needs.
Jenna is a registered member of British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy(BACP) and adheres to the Ethical Framework for Counselling Professions.
