What does a session with Erica involve?

Erica’s programs stem from her personal life experiences. Erica has let go of abusive and codependent relationship patterns, an eating disorder, and massive debt. She has learned how to let go of her personal problems through awareness and energy alignment. Through her first hand experience, Erica will teach you how to break free from unconscious patterning that keeps people stuck in fear. She wants you to have the next-level income, passions, relationships, intimacy, and everything in between.

You will learn by creating a safe space for healing and utilizing psychological modalities and somatic healing. She provides online, in-person, and 1:1 workshops for all experience levels. Outside of coaching, clients can use Voxer support to have access to Erica whenever they need help. Erica provides compassionate coaching to allow clients to completely let go of the past and start a brand new life. Examples of breakthroughs from clients include leaving toxic marriages, starting a new business, tripling income, and raising the baseline for personal happiness.

Her programs focus on breaking free from unconscious patterning keeping you stuck in fear and past programming, so you align your energy, unlock your magnetic power and manifest your desires with ease.

Erica studied Psychology and Sociology at the University of Southern California, and Meditation in Pune, India at the Osho Meditation Center. She has had two prior successful careers – one as a NCAA athlete, spending time on the tennis tour and receiving a full-ride athletic scholarship to the University of Southern California. She also, had a ten year career in the entertainment industry, as a successful hair and makeup artist to high-level celebrities including Brad Pitt, John Legend and The Jonas Brothers.
