Do you aspire to have a healthier lifestyle and eating habits? A Nutritional Therapy Practitioner (NTP) can help you get to where you want to be.

A few days before your session, you may be asked to keep a list of what you eat. Your NTP will study this to develop the best plan for you. During your consultation, you will discuss intentions, medical history, and lifestyle. You might talk about things like stress, energy levels, or exercise. Afterward, your NTP will offer eating and lifestyle suggestions based on your conversations and purpose for being there. These may include recipes, specific materials, and an individualized plan for you to follow. You can follow up with your NTP to look at your progress and adjust your plan as needed.
