Come in comfortable clothing and ready to talk about your needs and goals for the session. You may lie down or sit in a comfortable chair as your practitioner lightly passes her hands over your body, taking extra care at your head, shoulders, stomach, and feet. She will examine your energy force to detect any imbalances or blockages. Then, she will focus on releasing those energy blockages and stabilizing your energy flow. You may feel sensations of tingling, warmth, and coolness as you settle into a state of relaxation.
