Our dreams are powerful. They can help us work through problems or be a creative outlet for our minds. Explore the symbolism behind your dreams and learn how you can use them to foster healing and stability.

Throughout your session, you will recount your dreams to your therapist, describing any imagery, feelings, and sensations in detail. As you recall a dream, your therapist may ask exploratory questions about specific elements in it. This will help you and your practitioner to connect the symbols and imagery to personal experiences, current challenges, or past trauma. You then may choose to intentionally rework your dream, apply these lessons to your real life, or dive deeper into the relationship between your dreams and self. This may involve multiple sessions, especially if you’re experiencing repeated dreams or nightmares.
