Can ease your pain and stress. It involves applying gentle pressure to those areas to balance the flow of cerebrospinal fluid in your body.

Your cranio-sacral system is a barrier of membranes and fluids that defends and sustains your brain and spinal cord. When it becomes misshapen, you may feel tension in those areas. Your practitioner will use delicate touches around the skull, spine, and pelvic area to search for any imbalances or blockages. Once located, they will use soft-touch techniques to free the blockages and decrease any compression in those areas. Thereby, your practitioner is stabilizing the flow of the cerebrospinal fluid in your central nervous system.
