Yoga 1:1 Session

In this class we practice the Yin method of yoga. We hold postures for a long time focusing on the subtle sensations in the body. Encouraging restfulness calm and ease in the body and mind.

In one to one sessions we will work to find the yoga practice that best suites you. It is an opportunity to either focus on specific areas or issues or to explore how yoga can best benefit you. Or if you are seasoned practitioner we can explore how to move get deeper into your practice, or explore specific areas of interest to you.
