Introductory workshops on sound healing explore the theory and practice behind the modality, and include self help techniques using the voice, such as humming, toning and simple mantra. There is also an opportunity to try out and experience a variety of sound healing tools and instruments, including tuning forks, singing bowls, gongs and percussion.
