You can get rid of negative energy to create harmony in your mind, body, and spirit. This is done by tapping on your body’s meridian points to release energy blockages.

When you come to your session, have in mind what problem you’d like to focus on. Your practitioner will ask you a couple of questions, such as rating your current pain on a scale of 0 to 10. Your practitioner will aim to find the core of your problem throughout the session. They will strategically tap along your body’s meridian points to balance and remove the negative energy in your body. Common areas they may work on include your eyebrow, nose, and collarbone. You may also be asked to state a mantra or repeat your feelings about your problem. Once done, you will again rate your pain or the intensity level on a scale from 0 to 10. After your session, you might feel peacefulness and relaxed.
