You can release energy blockages and re-harmonize your energy flow through a mix of postures, breathing techniques, and focused intention.

After talking to your practitioner about your physical and mental health, they will lightly sweep their hands over your body to look for any energy blockages. They will then gently guide you through various poses, breathing techniques, or meditation. You may feel different sensations like warmth, coolness, or tingling throughout.

You may focus on one of two approaches: Wei Dan or Nei Dan. Wei Dan synchronizes your movements with breathing techniques. You will perfect each pose and feel your body begin to effortlessly flow to each position. Nei Dan uses meditation and visualization to bring calmness and clarity. You can practice Qigong in person or in an online format.
